I have to admit, I haven’t baked a camarotici in a long time. I was pretty stoked to start making this dish again, but I haven’t been able to keep up the momentum.
I finally pulled out a container of the camarotici to test. I think it’s good, but I’ve been a little busy, and it’s probably not worth the effort to make it for everyday consumption. I mean, I guess it is worth the effort for those people who want to enjoy a nice dish of camarotici every now and then, but it’s definitely not worth the effort for me.
I’m surprised a dish of camarotici lasts for very long. I think it’s because its very easy to over cook it and ruin it. I’ve been able to make it with a little bit of a mess in the kitchen and still managed to eat a large portion of it. I’ll have to ask my wife to help me check the recipe better.
It’s a shame that some people feel like they have to eat more than they actually want or need to. I’m a big fan of camarotici and have always enjoyed a nice, large serving of it on a daily basis. But it’s pretty hard to do this right, to make sure you’re not over-cooking it. And with some of the recipes on the site, you probably won’t have any left over after tasting a few anyway.
I think the best thing to do is to use a little bit of the camarotici to make sure it doesn’t get too dry. Then you can either serve it with a little cheese on top or with butter and some grated parmesan cheese, or maybe even some good ol’ bacon. I would highly recommend the bacon.
