In many ways, being a therapist is about helping people who are having challenges with life, and often these are complicated. In counseling, we often see people who are feeling very upset with themselves and often in need of a little help. The best way to help them through this is to find a way to make their lives easier.
I don’t think this is the case in the book. This is about therapists helping people get their lives back together from a few years of hell. With the help of therapists, many of our clients find the courage to confront their lives, no matter how messed up they’ve gotten.

People who are in therapy, or are going through a rough time in their lives, can’t help themselves. They are in the wrong place at the wrong time. That is why you need a therapist to help you with your issues. The books on the market tell you how to do this. But a therapist should be a part of your life. You shouldn’t be alone.
While I think this is an awesome idea, I’m not sure it’s ever been practiced. I’ve been in therapy for quite some time, but I’m certainly not alone on my journey. I have friends who are in therapy, and I know a lot of others who have had therapy. They’re not all talking about how to get their lives back together, they’re just talking about how to get better. But it’s not that easy.
What a relief to realize that if you go to a doctor, he/she will not only prescribe medication, but will probably recommend that you see a counselor or other type of professional. That’s how I got my life back together, and it probably helped me in other ways too.
It depends on what you want your life to look like. I would mucho rather be a counselor than a therapist, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to be a good one. There are a lot of good ones out there, and theyre not all in the medical field.
The problem with therapy is that, although it is a great way to help someone with mental health issues, it is actually a form of therapy in terms of getting more people connected to treatment and learning how to do it. A good therapist would know how to use the tools she has, and I would like to see more of this as I go along.
My therapist is a great person, and I am very lucky to have found her. She is very good at talking about what I am going through and helping me work through it. I find her helpful because she helps me see that my issues are not that big and that we are doing a great job tackling them head on. I also find her to be a great listener. A therapist is a great resource for someone going through really tough times.
